Each area in Kid's/Youth ministry requires a minimum church attendance period of 6 months (except for Sunday Morning Check-ins). In addition to completing this form, you will be required to fill out a volunteer application, provide reference checks, have an interview, obtain a criminal records check, and complete Abuse Prevention Training. For Sunday morning positions, you will serve for both services, about once a month. Please select at least one area you would like to serve in.
